Stan Williams, CEO and Founder
Inspired by his mother who advised him to "do what he always wanted to do in life," Stan set out to follow her advice and live his own dream of establishing a full-service
design and ad agency. As an aspiring young portrait and landscape painter, Stan was already making a name for himself in high school, and that was just the beginning.
After receiving an Associate Arts Degree, Stan joined the Marines for a six-year stint as a Legal Chief and Reporter for the Military News. It was in the course of his military
career that he found that meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined approach to work earned him great success.
After the Marines, Stan joined the United States Postal Service and was selected as a District Illustrator. In that capacity, he developed designs to promote recognition for the
USPS, particularly as it related to sponsorship of the Olympics.
In the early 1980s, Stan realized his lifelong dream of establishing his own agency. His dream turned into reality when Multimedia Designs came into being. The agency that started
as a "fulfillment of a passion" expanded quickly, drawing in prestigious clients like Intel, Lucent Technologies, PG&E, and Golden Grain.
Stan and Multimedia Designs also caught the attention of Jelly Belly candies. Jelly Belly hired Stan as Creative Director of the Creative Branding Department. It was here that Stan
put his artistic talents to work, branding and designing campaigns and packaging for nationally and internationally marketed products such as Jelly Belly candies, Tabasco, and Hawaiian
Punch. In addition to Jelly Belly package design, he designed car wraps for London Taxis, which are currently in use. Stan also created graphics to promote the Dr. Pepper NASCAR team,
Craftsman Truck Series, Jelly Belly Cycling Team, and Offshore speedboats, among others.
Since then, Stan has contributed his creative vision to ads for Sunset Magazine, People Magazine, and Better Homes and Gardens Magazine. As a DVBE business, Multimedia Designs
has also garnered contracts from the California Franchise Tax Board and other California government entities, such as the Department of Corporations, Department of Health, Department
of Education, and the Department of Transportation.
Stan knows that your success is Multimedia Designs' success. According to Stan, "You have to know your community and know the brand and its target market. Then you have to
get results. That's our success—when our customers see results."

Sam Morris, President
Sam Morris has always enjoyed "the challenge of meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations."
Sam began his career as designer-owner of VOSS Graphics (derived from "vision, opportunity, substance, and success"), which emphasized branding and corporate identity
along with traditional graphic design for clients such as the City of Richmond and Nation's Hamburgers. Sam later saw a need for professional, high quality printing for local businesses
and community organizations and created a new branch of the business—VOSS Printing. Consistently setting high standards for quality while maintaining competitive pricing, VOSS Printing
provided high volume offset printing and desktop publishing with quick turnaround times. Customers included Safeway, the NAACP, and Contra Costa County.
Subsequently, Sam served as General Manager at Alphagraphics in Concord. Under Sam's management monthly sales grew from $150,000 to $400,000 and the company grew from 20 employees
to 37. He brought the company into four-color printing, expanded their design services and enhanced their digital capability to include color digital services.
Sam joined Multimedia Designs in 2003 and is committed to maintaining Multimedia Designs' exceptional standards of quality. Multimedia Designs counts Conoco Philips, Seeno Homes,
Bio Rad Laboratories, and Alta Bates Medical Center among its satisfied customers.
